Why Magufuli administration misses the point on Government splurge

The judiciary which is unashamed to condemn our divinely right to parliamentary machinations

Didn't they say the parliament once disentangled by quorum requirements can do whatever they wish on our constitution

Because our constitution has no basic structure unlike of other countries

But what they failed to appreciate Indian decision was wrongly decided

Basic structure in a constitution needs not be spelled out as such

Basic structure was and still is God given and needs nobody ratification

And that includes the parliament

So what we have seen the Bench serves political interests more than they serve the sustenance of the rule of law and good governance

Albeit there are a handful of magistrates and judges who fear God but they are too few to justify sustaining colossal injustices meted out by the judiciary

Even in the Bible we see numbers mean a lot

Ten righteous people can serve the rest but...

Eight souls can only serve themselves

So the troubling concern is how many good fruits are they still in the judiciary?

It is a trick consideration

If we peek how Kisutu magistrates court is being used to persecute chadema luminaries

We may come to a frightful conclusion

Kisutu is wicked abinitio

But is two or three magistrates who have poor record of dealing with political sensitive cases
