Why Magufuli administration misses the point on Government splurge

So the high court cannot enforce it's own decree

The contents of a decree were the parties had agreed to obey the law for the EAC retirees

So the high court refused to ensure parties obeyed the law as they had agreed to

So if pensioners were shortchanged the high court could not investigate

If the government disobeyed the law the high court refused to investigate

And their reasoning is so pathetic that it emboldened us to send packing both LLB and political appointees

How comes can the high court pass a decree which they were not privy is in itself a shocker!

Foolishness embodies our courts and they are so incompetent that total overhaul is more than overdue remedy

We will not interfere with those already there

We will let time do them justice so we will protect their ugali for sure

But new appointments criteria will change

No more to intimidate us with the ineffective LLB in administration of justice

No more intense lobbying to secure both horizontal and vertical promotions

No more sexual favours to catch the attention of influence peddlers

No more meting out injustices to secure plum judiciary docket

No more pandering to the executive to land that plum judicial post

No more brandishing an LLB as a weapon to defraud weak members of the society

It's not too much asking

Nor is it too much to expect

If an institution of governance in its current form has failed to deliver the intended goodies why keep snuggling it?
