section 79 (c) of the electronic and postal communications act no. 3 of 2010 empowers the authority responsible of regulating electronic media to do certain things like naming the portals, domains etc and the accused once having his company registered by the authority he has no role to be implicated as the charge sheet avers

Tanzania Information centre is empowered under Rule No.10 (2) to decide whether it is technically unfeasible to use local domain and once a company is registered by them one is bound by the doctrine of estoppel not to charge the recipient of the registration from such malicious prosecutions

i am sure the AG is debasing himself in order to appease his appointer but knows fully well these charges will collapse and do not be surprised that the DPP will enter a "Nolle prosequi" in a couple of months indicating the intents were to intimidate the electronic media unto submission and pay to play with this very venal regime.

once the accused is cleared, it is vital both the police and the AG office are taken to task and malicious criminal suit is raised to seek a compensation.........Rev. Mtikila legacy on this ought to live on...........

instead of using JF as an important ally in the fight against official graft the avaricious rulers of the day perceive it as their enemy to be fought at all costs because JF is putting a strobe unto their felonies against us........
