There are many loose ends to tie up

But we will begin to deal perpendicularly with the pressing ones which are time demanding

Briefly we look at the incoming elections and develop strategies to thwart the much anticipated rigging on its face

Before we do, let us recap what went wrong in the last election

Lowassa being a CCM upshot wasn't groomed in guerilla warfare

So, though in his last major speech as opposition chief at Jangwani grounds, he acknowledged massive rigging was underway even before a single vote had been cast

He miserably failed to plot how to stop massive rigging at least in lip service

His words were: NIACHIENI MIMI!

His fanatical following trusted him and laid down their overseeing tools believing the whole system was behind him but in truth Lowassa was just delusional

When Lowassa was rigged out in CCM opaque nominations process there were crocodile tears shed for him

Some left CCM but we didn't see a mass exodus of sitting MPs following him in the opposition

Later, we came to learn in shock those who followed him did so because he had promised them top jobs in the government after the elections triumph which never at least officially came

Lowassa didn't read much that those in power trusted CCM as a system of governance more than they trusted him

So his infamous HANDS OFF was his downfall
