We know he's in detention after Mwakyembe confessions in Parliament where he said in answering questions about Azwory whereabouts that HAKUNA UHURU USIYO NA MIPAKA....

Meaning Azwory had breached his freedom limits!

But the vital question Mwakyembe never responded to were who is to determine Azwory has exceeded the limits of those freedoms

Can Azwory accusers be his witnesses, prosecutors and judges and expect a fair trial? Will that not exemplify a kangaroo court?

What was wrong of investigative journalism pertaining to allegations of human rights abuses in Lindi Kibiti saga?
