So NEC will be lying if they claim time not on their side or they don't have the money to purchase them considering last time around they returned Tshs 7 billion to the treasury despite rolling and forwarding budget tools at their beck and call

We fully know someone prepared this script to give police a reason to stop the Tundu Lissu surge which is giving sleepless nights to his rivals wherever they are.

Expect the police state to do the following:-

First, they will claim CDM is fostering political violence therefore no more crowds to escort Tundu Lissu in collecting endorsements for security reasons ...moreover they may claim he has already met the NEC regulations threshold so he may as well go to canvass the same in Zenj land

The strategy is a forlorn attempt to slow his march to Magogoni where he truly belongs!
