In Moshi Rural and Vunju constituencies, CDM was issued dubious forms and receipts by NEC representatives there and when returning those forms the same election offices that issued them fake forms and receipts is refusing to receive them indicating a determination by authorities to lock out CDM from this election a deprivation of voters' voice being expressed
