In USA, as an example, no one wants to be addressed as a doctor in public service........look at Condoolesa Rice or Susan Rice few know or care to know both are academic doctorate holders and the former a professor of Russian studies to boot

but here from forged certificates to overvalued ones, we never stop glorifying paper qualifications as tools of intimidation

unless this attitude is flipped expect more quacks masquerading as geeks in our public service leading to incompetent minds managing our economy to abyss......
