Why Magufuli administration misses the point on Government splurge

CCM is perfecting "despicable art" of quid pro quo. It is a shame when you claim to be a graft slayer but on campaign stump you urge the electorate to pay to play....pay to play is corruption, pure and simple. Public service is a calling and you serve irrespective of actions of others but when you attach strings to your actions then you stain the office you are supposed to serve...you make it a den of blackmailers, thieves and extortioners....very much disgusting but sadly this is where CCM is devoid of moral authority anymore...what we see here isn't only ingratitude or narcissism but also incontinence.... if you are dissatisfied with what you have and are determined to punish generosity extended to you therefore the best solution is to vote you out then you will probably learn the true value of contentment and generosity...

White elephants have polarised the whole nation to the core...the claim of bringing tourists is unacceptable because they have plenty of options to come here....looks like the real reason why jumbos were purchased have nothing to do with tourists but personal reasons which nobody will ever tell us....we were told military radar were important until we knew the undercurrent then we knew we never needed them in the first place..particularly when we have no airforce to enforce information generated by the radars even if you overlook maintenance and running issues or its relic technology or not covering the whole nation

When third parties are involved in any public procurement you will do well not to ask yourself why go through the middlemen and not buy straight from the manufacturers...
As we speak all transactions through third parties involving jumbo purchases from the BOEING are under FBI investigations..
