we know, at least, they are fake

kabudi was rewarded to join a money guzzling warioba commission where he will also be remembered for producing a very misleading constitutional amendment draft which was elitist but claiming to be "people's contributions"

essentially their constitutional draft was rehash of the existing constitution if you ignore the wordiness of their recommendations

they produced a tome lauded for quantity but was agonizingly short on quality

for instance, they refused to include local government reforms which was at the heart of contributors' views claiming local government was not part of union issues making some of us wonder who enlisted for them what were union matters

paradoxically, powers to appoint district and regional commissioners were articled as presidential despite reluctance to resolve once and for all local government quest for internal reforms

on contentious issues of composition and its formation of election commission they made recommendations which were unconstitutional and had no bearing to the views from contributors

where the draft recommended members of judiciary and parliament to form the appointment committee of the national election commission but no contributor had made that recommendation it came from members of warioba commission themselves culminating unto corrupting the appointment committee with three arms of government something earlier articles of the constitution had proscribed!

the warioba draft despite its originators' claim to the otherwise intentionally watered down any effort to insulate our government with parliamentary checks and balances in public office appointments, raising and approving of debt ceiling and tax exemptions among other areas notorious for abuse

with the corners of his mouth foaming, for whatever reason, he defended the draft despite its enormous shortcomings indicating he was doing it to dupe the general public for personal gain no wonder now some of us have fallen to his bag of trickery........................the structure of union government became not a means but an end in itself squandering all pretense to constitutional effort befitting a 21st Century demands
