warioba urges politicians to overlook their differences and unite in combating food shortage which may be a literal euphemism for hunger

the problem for warioba is to blame everybody for an executive's own making problem of hunger denial

this regime by appointing kippi as district commissioner, warioba's freedom of speech is tied in protecting his son's new political fortunes which may catapult him unto an elected mp, future ministerial dockets and from there even the sky may not be the limit.......................so warioba is inspired by narcissism? - yes, but by patriotism? - no...................

to remind those seeking relevant pedestal in our political discourse one has to honour the truth irrespective of the political consequences and warioba seems not to know the difference which in itself says much about the man behind the mirror..............

10 presidential mps appointments have constitutional imperatives which have been violated and this resignation after mistakes amount to major coverups

and the reasons given to justify the resignation are a smack in the face of constitutionalism: we do not appoint people for a five year constitutional tenure only to push the albino unto relinquishing his post of immense influence in the society......for ambassadorial role that will not promote the status of his skin challenged ilk who are in dire need of role models and parliamentary appointment was a coup for the appointer now gone horribly wrong to benefit individuals of questionable moral conduct.................

Industrialization is a development strategy that can have an enduring meaning if it is people centered and without democracy people are divorced from shaping the content and the direction of their destiny.

So without democracy any pretense to development is a wastrel of resources. A key component in our constitution is our destiny is in our hands and not in the hands of our employees whom we elect every five years.......

rowing back to ATC reinvestment is a negation of ccm twenty plus years privatization policy

nowhere in ccm much lauded manifesto privatization clawback was raised, approved and now deep in implementation

so the decision to reinvest in ATC is not supported by the manifesto and is clearly out of order of government intention to detach itself from business whose conflicting ownership issues make the government a loser in such costly engagements

while privatization exercise had mixed results no one doubts the benefits gained from getting exchequer off the heavy losses incurred by the parastatals.

ATC never made money but was an exchequer lecher and that position is unlikely to change despite huge ongoing investment there

privatization of beleaguered ATC collapsed because powerful people wanted to line their pockets first in any disposal outcome of that company

like most government institution, ATC is weighed down by over-employment and over-invoicing and few are willing to stem out these recurring vices and current efforts to resuscitate it have left these encumbers intact
