We are getting reports at Hai constituency ballot papers are finito and many voters are left stranded and can't vote when that factors in allegations of stuffed ballots with CCM cast votes ...looks like CCM NEC wants to declare CCM has won everything there unless ballot papers are hastily taken there but which we honestly doubt..how comes many polling stations at Hai constituency lack ballot papers? Looks it is part of stratagem to massively rig out the immediate leader of the opposition in the Parliament...
