Only in hapakazitu tu DCs can commit gross human rights violations and be promoted. The connection between atrocities and civil service ascendancy show a regime determined to intimidate, abuse human rights as sore means to retain power..
Nobody should be a judge of his own cause...but CCM cadres are running this great nation aground and few have guts to even bemoan let alone rebuke until injustices pay them a courtesy visit then they will come alive...
