Now the "unenviable task" for DPP to make the charges of conspiracy to defraud the government stick hinge upon proving the hapless duo singlehandedly conspired to create that TEGETA ESCROW ACCOUNT which the DPP office will never succeed without implicating major players in the JK administration

First the hapless duo neither were ever members in the JK cabinet nor commissioners or even top managers at BOT who singlehandedly created the now infamous the TEGETA ESCROW ACCOUNT and volunteered to pay the accused let alone the JK administration passionately defended the hapless duo in parliament and elsewhere that the bootleg belonged to the now accused....it is a gargantuan shift of political fortunes in a scale few will ever fully comprehend.

...so incredibly, the DPP criminal case now anchored upon claiming JK administration lied in parliament about the hapless duo were the true owners of the TEGETA ESCROW ACCOUNT money without making the JK administration criminally accountable for misleading the parliament and the general public, and insidiously not ashamed of exculpating JK administration from being linchpin perpetrators of these heinous crimes against the people of this great nation....a herculean feat beyond the DPP office reach, we must humbly concede.

Once the DPP office cannot prove charges of conspiracy without slapping indictments to JK and his cabinet, the then AG including the immediate BOT governor and his disabled assistants therewith Seth and Rugemalira cannot be held criminally accountable to decisions behind conspiracy charges beyond their tether

The TEGETA ESCROW ACCOUNT scams were inside job and the DPP office by charging the wrong people he is cowardly attempting to externalize an internal matter which he will never prosper

DPP problem is more political than legal matters

His bosses are on record reassuring their predecessors that they will never hound them for real or imaginary felonies...the now infamous broadside "sitafukua makaburi" is now rebuking and stalking at them in the Broadway...but the real dead bones in the cemetery to be unearthed begins and ends with JK not his sidekicks...if JK is untouchable so are his paws are untouchable..."mjumbe hauwawi" proffers a genuine path to justice here than elsewhere in this discourse.

But the "politics of the day" is to give an impression the war on official graft is alive and menacing while protecting its masterminds

You cannot have both ways...

If you are decided to protect JK and his inner circle then Seth and Rugemalira who are mere "paws" are also beyond your reach...
These paws have always been part and parcel of the dead horses which you are eager to bury in a huff and remember not but unwilling to even gently stroke...

Few expect the Seth~Rugemalira criminal case will ever be heard and concluded in a court of law because the charge sheet is littered with "misjoinder of the accused" and detained by "misjoinder of the charges"...

Because the office of the DPP no longer motivated by justice but by blackmailing and extorting its victims for cash it holds against the law, we now are in a position to make a major projection....

Based upon our considered aforementioned observations, we are now very happy to make the following projections:-

1) DPP office will never permit the case to go to full trial and concluded because he knows the hapless duo have no case to answer upon criminal charges of conspiracy which exclude main players in the JK administration. Without JK and his disabled assistants, Seth and Rugemalira appreciating that they are outsiders couldn't conspire alone to commit an inside job....without full cooperation of the insiders who were also the chief beneficiaries... this is not a case of armed robbery where signatures of forced entry are sufficient to slap and sustain the conspiracy charges to the outsiders.

2) .... because of previous triumphs [emoji36] in blackmail and extortion for cash by holding criminal suspects without bail for years, the DPP office will continue nursing hopes that the hapless duo will give up their temerity and beg the DPP office to enter into some dubious deals which may lead to regaining their freedoms via parting with billions of cash.....so he will not enter "nolle prosequi" and release the accused in any near date...

3) The hapless duo, since they understand they are victims of the vagaries of political winds of change, will persevere and refuse to "pay to play".....knowing a more accommodating and sympathetic CCM regime awaits in the wings come 2025...a regime which will order their immediate and unconditional release. We have already projected Mwinyi Jr. now being groomed to succeed hapakazitu will remove this criminal albatross hanging on the neck of JK dynasty..the two political dynasties are conjoined in the hip.

4) This matter is no face saver for the current regime meaning the hapless duo unconditional release date will be after a new president is sworn in office culminating from another stolen elections of 2025.

5) Seth and Rugemalira will be remanded for more than eight years in total before they are unconditionally released without their criminal trial being concluded in a court of law that will bespeak volumes of what is wrong with the DPP office today.....that it cries for independence from political machinations more than ever.
