Why Magufuli administration misses the point on Government splurge

Having accepted the inevitable Tundu and Co. will take over the TLS for a limited time because it is not over until it is truly over.

I go back to drawing board

There are a number of settled case laws urging the executive to legislate laws that will meet the constitutional aspirations of doctrine of separations of powers.
I will seek solace and succour from such executive resented case laws.

Then I will dig them out of AG archives

Before anybody knows I will turn the screws on all holding positions in either arm of the government

Judges and magistrates will cease holding executive posts like Mutungi and Co. are violating the doctrine of separation of powers.

Lawyers cum MPs will not be permitted to practice as advocates. They must serve one master only: the judiciary or the Parliament

Similarly MPs cannot hold executive positions in order to uphold constitutional doctrine of separation of powers. Many MPs will applaud me for bringing back equality in the Augusta House. No more regime pampered MPs. Yes, less corruption as a result of this.

The advantages are severalfold

Executive perks to the judiciary and in the parliament will cease lowering incentives to compromise the independence of the judiciary

Second this law can be applied retrospectively because it is only giving teeth to constitutional imperatives so the claims of unconstitutional law is non existent.

Third the Tundu jigsaw will die a natural death

We need no genius to discern given two choices where Tundu will choose

Between TLS presidency or parliamentary seat, Tundu just like me will opt for the latter because that is where the fillet is and the former is really offals regardless of the shindig erupting in Arusha right now

Now the big question why did Mwakyembe failed to figure out this simple solution to a gripping problem?

Maybe I miss something but proliferation of doctorates is our conundrum we need to resolve now

We erroneously presume a doctorate makes one smarter than a non doctorate holder but the truth is not necessarily so

A doctorate means you can write a tome which nobody bothers to read because it has little to do with our day to day life and moreover most of that thesis is a glorification of a copycat
Ninety percent is acknowledgement of other people's work as a backdoor to legalized plagiarism.

Should Mwakyembe continue to intimidate us with his doctorate in law after too many errors of judgment?
