Why Magufuli administration misses the point on Government splurge

Bashite is unqualified to hold public position and no amount of presidential remonstrations or recriminations will change that

So for a president to defend a criminal suspect and unqualified public servant is unconstitutional for want of equality

And the president who violates our constitution ought to be impeached

The Parliament needs to do the right thing and impeach him

Conciliation of this unconstitutional conduct will pacify even greater crimes against the people of this country

The Parliament should stop useless distractions on vote of no confidence on PM because this is not his yoke

Let us punish this president for violating our constitution before His God who is in Christ Jesus, Amen!

To claim that he has liberty to do whatever is in stark contrast to the gospel truth.

Why swear to honour the constitution while touting the Holy Bilbe then claiming you hold a carte Blanche to do whatever you wish.

The gospel truth is any elected public servant is and will never be above the electorate who decides his fate every five year.

So the president will do well to listen and respect the voice of the electorate or expect to be kicked out by the next election

So should we condone these injustices? How can I enjoy when one person is tearing apart our national values well embedded in the constitution he swore to uphold and respect?

In 2018, those eager to be enslaved by vodacom will get a rude awakening to learn they will earn a puny Tshs 42.5/= for every share bought or roughly enduring an earning rate of 5% per annum..

Will they really grow financially at that rate, of course not, for they will be losing money!

The big mover is Voda who are financing their biz at a lowly 5% and Dar Stock for the transaction fees let us not forget TRA who will be milking 18% VAT for every dividend earned.

Will I squander my little cash in such exploitative relationship?

I keep wondering why a sane person will invest in a biz with a rate of return of less than 40% of what our frugal commercial banks dole out beats my commonsense!

If I have to buy vodacom shares will not be doing it in a hurry

The real reason is those shares are overly overvalued

For an annual dividend of Tshs 42.5, the market value of shares ought to be Tshs 327

So for Voda to sell them at Tshs 850/= and not Tshs 327/= thereof the shares are overvalued by at least 2.6 times

If the shares were being sold at Tshs 327/= and not Tshs 850/= then annual dividend of Tshs 42.5/= will have internal rate of 13% per annum instead of 5%!

Part of the corporate fleecing is catalyzed by Dar Stock which has neither the resources nor will to audit the financial statements in the prospectus
