Media says he was born in Chato but during 2020 campaigns in Bukoba he said he was born in Bukoba. That his mom was divorced by his dad and they moved and settled at Chato. That when his dad died in Bukoba they came to bury him. Which is which but far more important was he even a citizen or an illegal immigrant fleeing the wrath of his enemies?

Displaying a dead body in public is tormenting the deceased

The deceased crave an earlier burial but being reduced into an objective of pity is extremely disappointing
