Why Magufuli administration misses the point on Government splurge

The matter will be referred to constitutional court where the charge sheet in its entirety will be thrown out for wanton violations of our constitution

Perhaps, this is good karma

The firing of permanent secretary in the ministry of energy shows there are graft undertows unfairly targeting those fighting for the rule of law

TPDC top echelons will soon get the boot too

TPDC too stands for the rule of law

TPDC is on the record excoriating the non executive minister for energy one Muhongo from interfering with the tendering process

Muhongo wants his Chinese benefectators getting the natural gas mining plots by hooks or by crooks

And now it impresses upon me he was patted with a presidential appointment for just that!

I kept wondering for a regime boasting on ushering a new dawn will wallow itself with such politically "damaged goods" as this Muhongo

It is increasingly dawning on me, we must be dumbs if we buy on this regime feint of new dawn while it is black and white: business as usual!

Muhongo is there at the energy ministry as an influence peddler who will ensure official graft not the rule of law takes centre stage

The permanent secretary has been put on the sword because he refused to "play ball" of official graft and award unqualified Chinese company that is a front for local politicians turned entrepreneurs

The permanent secretary is leaving office quietly with a very heavy heart but knowing loyalty to national interests is useless commodity these days

Expect more bloodletting at TPDC for standing up against official graft

Is this a new dawn or business as usual going even more bad is a question each one has to answer honestly
