From Kagera earthquake to Rhotya road carnage a new habit is sneaking in to shortchange victims and buttress regime policy gaps manifesting as inefficiencies and ineffectiveness

Instead of looking for money elsewhere, calamities whether manmade or natural is now an opportunity to squeeze funds from naive contributors and misdirect it to uses which have nothing to do with the tragedies advocated for
