The heading of this article is inviting, but the writer has gone out of his perceived idea.Lets give our Honorable President time to implement his plans .The president is still in Transition period, working on the handover notes at his desk (from his predecessor)an at the same time implementing his Government short and long term plans. The Interior design of any Building needs a a professional Architect ,and I believe Its him.The 20 years he has been in Government corridors, puts him in a right position to act so. Mzee Ally Hassan Mwinyi(the 2nd Phase president, now retired) said 'kila zama na kitabu chake".The past Governments(phase 1-3) promulgated many useful working instruments ,including mining policies, administrative policies an other regulatory policies. Some of these have yielded Good results, some had negative impact an some are in the course of implementation. With time the car will be on the right course ,let the alarm be raised at an op-tune time.
lastly I request the writer to come out again and elaborate where the" administration misses the point"Kitabu cha zama hii kitakuwa ndo kimeanza kutengenezwa.

What a contradiction! On one hand you aver the author has veered away from the topic imputing the titular and content are uncorrelated but you ferociously excoriated the contents confirming beyond a shred of doubt your beef is highly misconceived!

But despite the glaring equivocation you still get the accolades for attempting.

Sometimes, the hit and misses method that misses more than it hits is not intolerable, at all.

A one showboater may probably snatch a slim majority in 2020 as a result of the ongoing circus but unless he backslides as he excelled in Muhongo mischief and embrace constitutional reengineering he may end up being the most prodigal president in our history
