Why Magufuli administration misses the point on Government splurge

I have for sometime been assaying Prof. Mruma's report and I have come to the following conclusions:-

1) The report is unprofitable because it does not evaluate the mining laws and contractual obligations on both sides. Without analysis of the two legal regimes the rest of the report together with its recommendations are useless.

2) The government initiated investigations are biased and cannot be parlayed to justifying halting of mining operations in the respective mines.

3) Efforts to widen the tax base and encourage higher tax payment compliance are now withering under these unlawful investigations deeds

4) Less tax revenues will be collected from mining operations this financial year.

5) Illegal investigations carried out will benefit Acacia who stands to reap billions in damages from serious violations of contract

6) Experiences from Dowans, Iptl, Aggrecko and others, it is decorous to suggest this regime is working in tandem with Acacia to loot us for election financing purposes.

What Tundu Lissu is saying may be the gospel truth

News reporter?
At least you have the nerves to lie!
This is atypical when the fear of God not in your lustful eyes. You are a child of the flesh while I am the child of the spirit.

You love strolling the wide path while I am contented trudging a torturous strait! No wonder we see no eye to eye.

My prognosis of Ernest Mangu sacking is ominous, I do not see anything positive, at all.

Is he blamed for the mind boggling disappearance of cdm stalwart or the relentless Kibiti massacres or his overt condemnation of extra judicial deeds against journalists or the unceasing lawlessness now diabolizing the police force?

The new IGP Simon Sirro leans more as a politician than law enforcer eager to craft middle ground pleasing nobody but ruffling few feathers.

Is he a step in the right direction where the police will repair the damaged reputation with citizens mostly likely not.

In Kibiti expect bloodshed but no reconciliation

In muzzling political dissent contemplate business as usual

In silent clampdown on pluralism expect more middle ground seeking in particular because of donor pressure and no local initiative as the house of cards continue creaking

Appointment of siro will not help anything positive to the reconciliation of peace and security in area affected with these gangster and hooligans.but more mass killing of innocent peole . Human right violation by police .kidnapping and all sort of uncivilised regime in our country.

I share fully these sentiments

Magufuli violated the rights of TMAA & Acacia by acting adversely on a report the accused never saw let alone been given the opportunity to contradict if chooses to.

In Jimmy David Ngonyani (supra), the High Court quashed and set aside the decision of the Board of Directors of NIC after it deprived Ngonyani his rights to natural justice of impugning a controversial auditors' report but the Board of Directors still went on to dismiss him based on the findings of that report he never saw nor given an opportunity to assail it!

This regime has little regard to the administrative law and its decisions cannot stand the test of time.
