Why Magufuli administration misses the point on Government splurge

To allege otherwise as charges five and six defeats even the purpose and intent the escrow account was formed which was to sort out the payment differences between Tanesco and IPTL

The charge five and six are false and cannot stand because the money stated is not in any stretch of imagination a loss to this ghost legal person

The accused have rights to know who is their alleged victim
