The new minister of interior ought to form a purely local committee to investigate the real issues and recommend the solutions

Only those who physically reside in the contentious area ought to form the committee and the much discredited and maligned CCM local officials both elected or ex- officio should not be permitted to invalidate the proceedings.

They are part of problem and henceforth cannot be part of a solution!

Similarly, other local political affiliations ought to be barred
