Both Bulaya and Halima Mdee have constitutional rights to represent their respective constituents and barring them from achieving just that by exploiting unconstitutional process and bogus House rules is another sad day
...
Even thieves, killers and all evil people have constitutional rights. However, the same Constitution, Article 29 (5) states: In order that all persons may benefit from the rights and freedoms guaranteed by this Constitution, every person has the duty to do conduct him/herself and his/her affairs in the manner that does not infringe upon the rights and freedoms of others or the public interest.

If those two rights and freedoms have been infridged, there are provisions for seejing justice and that is what they have done. Unless you have mandate not only to speak for them but also to grant them those rights and freedoms.

On TFF election issues, the rights to freely participate in this election demands his name and those caught in his legal maelstroms be included in the election ballot or the whole election be deferred indefinitely till legal wrangles are settled

The Speaker did not invoke rule 76(1) of the parliamentary regulations nor regulation no 76(2) so he was not in a position to move suo motu!

There are no constitutional provisions to suspend an MP
Rutashubanyuma, why are you taxing your brain with contradicting beliefs and allegations?

The Constitution, you are referring to, has provisions that override parliamentary regulations you have cited.

Read Article 30 (2) of the Constitution that states It is hereby declared that the provisions contained in this Part of this Constitution which sets out the principles of rights, freedoms and duties, does not render unlawful any existing law or prohibit the enactment of any law or doing of any lawful act in accordance with such law for the purpose of-
(a) ensuring that the rights and freedoms of other people or of the interests of the public are not prejudiced by the wrongful exercise of the freedoms and rights of individuals; up
to (f) subsections

Not sufficient to justify suspending an MP whom you never appoint or get elected! Besides, your input ignored my concerns of Rules 76 which was not invoked unless you respond to that your effort remains work in progress.

Again laws must pass constitutional stringent benchmark which parliamentary regulations do not, and are now being tested in courts of law

parliamentary regulations not laws so do not qualify in the constitutional exceptions of Article 32 (2) (a) cited in your post!

When you see the feathers of a cockerel in a dustbin you need ask nobody to know the cockerel is on its way to the dining table

When over seventy billion is spent on junk locomotives and the buyers are distancing and disowning themselves from their own transaction then you know their sin has found them out.

Dreaming is okay but sometimes it is not okay

Just imagine while diesel locomotives are a talk of town those we aspire to sell used clothes are running fastest trains in the world

We have a catch up to do folks

Keep on those sweet dreams
