Such kind of fruitful debates are under lockdown and dumb ideas like the ones I have just cited are carrying the day rammed down our gullets by highly notched decibels!

My observation has always been

A regime muzzling critical analysis is alive to its no brainer capabilities

If your ideas are really cogent and sustainable why are you repressing alternative thinking?

Freedom of expression is the light we are missing in our development discourse

Darkness cloaked in repression is the most damning harbinger of manmade failures

And what a failure!

Constitutional rights enshrined in our constitution hem all of us to desist from name shaming in public gallery

This amounts to mob justice

The allegations may sound like larceny or even conspiratorial felonies but constitutional rights of being heard ought to be observed at all times!

It is one thing to describe the allegations in general terms but revealing the names of the suspects after not only indicting the hapless folks in public places, and convicting them of felonies unheard is another matter altogether

The constitutional rights of being heard have been incurably taken away, and the accused are guilty as charged and no feeble attempts of restitution will restore what has been looted in public arena!

Public opinion is galvanized against them just to prop up sagging popularity

And unleashing the security apparatchiks after raping their constitutional rights of being heard only excel in compounding the malfeasance
