Why Magufuli administration misses the point on Government splurge

Magufuli bought expensive flight while the poor people languish in poverty withought dufficient water supply or electricity i think Tanzania need visionary leaders not materialist like him.Presdent bush sr said that as a leader you must develop the lives of your citzen far more better than it was before not destroy them than it was before.

TCRA is now being parlayed to suppress freedom of expression and speech but the tools it is deploying quite ineffective thanks God for you are merciful

Assumes someone in a whatsup group nursing a grudge against fellow member heeds the TCRA call of whistle-blower but is that evidence really worthy of examination and conviction in a court of law?

Whatsup name fake and not directly associated with individual accounts and the accused whereabouts are at best arcane. Even if one attempts to link of that fake name to the account will still not have a DNA or digital fingerprints to close the case

We say so because fake names can be used by multiple accounts can not establish above reproach or reasonable doubt the true identity of the accused relying upon phone numbers.

So TCRA will have to depend on the accused to self incriminate and divulge himself his location and volunteer to surrender to the authorities so he can be punished

That will never happen!

The accused may even deny belonging to that group, may lie about his whereabouts and may even disown the pseudonym to frustrate the authorities eager to showcase their acumen to suppress and persecute anti establishment voices..
