To report how much money you have received isn't accountability we need details where the money is going

Tshs 1 billion for covid-19 testing kits given to low cost makers in Senegal which produces each kit at a dollar

For example, we have received Tshs 14 billion and we have given University of Dar Es Salaam and Senegalese manufacturers at Tshs 5 billion to make 1000 low cost ventilators each at $60 deploying 3D technology and 2000 dialysis machines

We have given A-Z Tshs 5 billion to make 20K PPE
And we have given Tshs 1 billion to Pharmaceuticals to supply 24, 0 million liters of Sanitizers

But making claims of priorities without details leaves us with some serious doubts whether the money will go where it supposed with a major election knocking at the door.

Now we are entering a stage where underpaying of medical staff is beginning to bite our services are getting poor day by day

Just imagine 24 hrs forced to breath air with a covid-19 corpse after being promised a covid-19 test and being detained against your will

Being quarantined with tested covid-19 patients before being tested and found positive is to create viable environment to be infected even if he wasn't covid-19 positive

This dilates on a regime which doesn't care to furnish all if its hospital with testing equipment across the country

Tshs 14 bill ought to have gone in testing kits, ppe and ventilators in that order but the ministry doesn't even mention the kits so we stuck in a ditch

Cover ups cannot be wished away by fear of transmissions during burials if burials were being conducted in day time

So nocturnal activities are designed to suppress the true picture of how a mere virus is decimating our populations

So the intents is to hide the cavalier nature this regime has treated coronavirus and its identical twin covid-19

Incompetence is what the regime is attempting to sweep under the carpet with threats of police extra judicial means denying even relatives of the deceased from bidding a final farewell
