Does he really think new constitution has no room in shaping up our ways to the so called tanzania ya viwanda? How does it come now mr. President publicly makes it unimportant issue while billions of monie were squandered and we are one step away to complete it?.
Magufuli we need constitution amendemet resumption before your one term presidency is over.
