If you make Morogoro road better expect a spike of traffic to use it and before you know it congestion comes back to mock you

Before injecting money in flyover smart money instructs us to increase mileage of tarmac roads

The more tarmac road the less need for flyovers during peak hours

But as we see now the strategy is not to spread the traffic but to concentrate it in few roads at telling cost

Rowing back to Tundu Lissu Lissu presidential inaugural speech we can fairly say it is quite refreshing

It is a speech which rebuke the misrule and abuses if public office which are now cornerstone of the survival of this regime

But we know saves for divinely intervention Tundu Lissu like his opposition predecessor Edward Lowassa we lose
