His ten minute speech was more about distinguishing himself with the regime, defending his rights to run but not even a single sentence was dedicated to delegitimize the NEC

The speech would have done better to rebuke NEC and highlight why he methinks the election will not be free, fair and verifiable

His whole campaign ought to be to discredit the NEC as an extension of the ruling party

Few sentences on misrule of this regime were sufficient because everybody is very familiar with its long record of injustices

The electorate needs to know more why Lowassa said he won the last election

Did they collect all polling station results?
