We have good number offers economic policies like Tanzania vision 2025, NSGRP I and II 5YRS Dev plan one and two. Policies are there but who is to operationalize is the issue.It is my view that as a Country we lack stable regulatory framework that is mandatory to be adhered to whoever get into reign.
