Why Magufuli administration misses the point on Government splurge

Establishment of independent candidates who may collect signatures of 10% of registered voters in an applicable constituent is to be considered

In presidential elections presidential candidates from independent candidates may have to comply with the requirements of registration of political parties in terms of collection of signatures from registered voters in terms of regionalism and aisles of the union

The requirement of collection of signatures for independent candidates is vital to reduce the proliferation of candidates beyond what the election commission forms can handle

It is also a legitimate method to reduce or prone frivolous candidates

The third area demanding urgent redress is multi tasking and mushrooming of public service posts

This nation has trained men and women who are very capable of being very excellent leaders

We are no longer in Africanization mode

So separation of power doctrine needs further enhancement

What is most risible is as it is currently configured only institutions are separated from polluting each but players are left to their own devices!

This is very serious

How can institutions of governance pollute themselves

Do they have eyes to see?

Do they have ears to hear

Do they have feet to walk?

Do they have a heart to conspire wickedness?

Do they have souls to live?

My question is why do we give institutions of governance life of their own

That they may pollute each other?

To be more specific can the judiciary encroach the executive and vice versa?

Can the executive encroach the parliament and vice versa
