Why not privatise Law School !!!

I am not satisfied with the way the Law School is being run. I am not saying it is being badly run but it could be improved. Why not allowing private individuals and schools to run the legal or Bar course under the control of the Council of Legal Education??

I do not think if LST is very capable to manage all garduates from both public and private universities (worse to be in future).

If at all private Universities are permitted to administer degrees in law, why can't they be trusted to run Law schools!!!.

Soma kifungu cha 4 na 5 cha The Law School of Tanzania Act, 2007, utaelewa kuanzishwa kwa Law School na Madhumuni yake! All the best!
