Why resource-rich countries usually end up poor

nchi haiwezi kuwa resource rich halafu ikawa poor. Ukiona iko poor maana yake kuna resource inayohitaji kutoka kwenye poverty ambayo nchi hiyo haina.

Politics + good governance, technology, income and human resources are the among key drive forces for the development. With the natural resources, opportunity to use them partly as the source of income and technology could be advantageous. However, to do so good plans and strategies + good governance should be in place. In the case of Tanzania, politics and good governance hinder our flowing river toward development.

You need visionary and quality leadership coupled with a technologically knowledgeable workforce in order for a country to develop from its natural resources; short of these prerequisites the natural resources could become a curse to the endowed country.

It is because wealth is created rather inherited.
