Withholding Tax

Hellow tax Gurus,
I have just read the withholding tax publication from the TRA website and could not figure out whether withholding tax could be deducted from security sevices.

Do we have to deduct withholding taxes from security services?

your question is too general.. withholding tax are divided into two which are non final withholding taxes and final withholding tax. try to read again and see if it is final or non final. if the withholding agent qulifies to withhold tax.. then ndio utajua treatment yake
