In order to achieve industrialized economy, for African countries including Tanzania,our economy must be one which supports financial inclusion.
Tanzania economy rely much on trade, especially small enterprises which contributes larger portion of country's overcall income despite the fact that larger sum of population in Tanzania rely on Primitive agriculture of which contributes a very small portion of country's overall income.
Small and medium enterprises in Tanzania face one major challenge, one which is common,the Capital to run business.Ofcourse there are varieties of companies inculuding banks which to some extent provide some liquidity to these SMEs, but that is never enough to sustain these enterprises.
Such Enterprises do need to fetch up additional capital from fellow Tanzanians, to support them in their ventures and this is only achievable when we shall embrace the financial sector and make it inclusive.
Tanzanians should be able to access capital from various sources including the Capital markets authorities,through the Dar es Salaam Stock exchange(dse).
We have the source that is very much open for our enterprises.we should use it.
From dse, we wouldnt only achieve capital to run our businesses, but also we can measure our perfomance through the demand of our shares in such listings
