The Great Thinkers on JF Platform,

A few contestants in the just ended general elections in the United Republic of Tanzania at different levels opted the wrong approach to challenge the purported irregularities claimed to occur before the voting process, during the polling/counting process and after results made public.

It is appaling to note that the constitutional instruments were undermined they won't procure justice to the complaining contestants that the election was rigged out, but bypassed the legal process (High Court & Court of Appeal) were not involved through cases filing alternatively they sought a robbing hitch by taking the internal disputed electoral process and subsequent councillorship, constituency and presidential results were announced.

It is an awkward decision taking complaints to several diplomatic missions, international organizations, human rights organizations, Europian Union, The Commonwealth to name just a few.

The worst diplomacy reaction by the consulars is to issue biased accusing statement based on perceived rhetoric complaint without carrying out facts checks and analysis on details presented to support the complaining contestants.

It is urged to the diplomatic missions respect the host state's sovereinty and adhere to the proper protocol to resolve issues perceived had disrupted democratic process and alleged abuse of human rights during the general election rather than issuing provocative statements to the receiving state.

Critical spewing but constructive promoting Tanzanian core values are solemnly invited
