Applications for the scholarships are open to anybody between the ages of 18 and 34 across the African continent, with preference given to applicants from Egypt, Morocco, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Botswana, the Ivory Coast and Rwanda.
