Habari wadau-

Nimeona post nyingi za kupunguza unene/uzito. Nimepewa diet plan na rafiki yangu so thought would share it with you - it is said to work well when accompanied with a daily 30 MIN walk.I tried it 2 years back and of course I didnt loose 9 Kg overnight- I lost 5kg in 5 weeks after following this diet+ simple 30 minutes jogging. To date I havent gained weight, I maintain daily jog (15- 20 minutes) and I rarely eat large starch meals.


A three week diet from the German Institute of Nutrition

If this diet (over 14 days) is strictly adhered to WITH NO CHANGE AT ALL you will loose 9Kgs.

Because this diet constitutes a change in metabolism you should not gain weight again in at least three years. If you find that there is some food which you do not eat……SORRY….. You have to eat; you are NOT ALLOWED to swap it for ANYTHING ELSE. You can drink as much black coffee and water as you like.

DAY ONE
B/FAST BLACK COFFEE NO SUGAR OR MILK LIMITLESS QUANTITY
LUNCH BANANA (TWO) WITH GLASS OF MILK
SUPPER BOILED SPINACH/CHINESE CABBAGE WITH ONE BOILED EGG
DAY TWO
B/FAST BLACK COFFEE NO SUGAR WITH ONE DRY BREAD ROLL
LUNCH APPLE (ONE) WITH 750MLS WATER
SUPPER FRESH VEGETABLES WITH BOILED PIECE OF CHICKEN
DAY THREE
B/FAST BLACK COFFEE & TWO SLICES OF BREAD
LUNCH GREEN SALAD WITH FRESH FRUIT (ONE)
SUPPER GRILLED MEDIUM STEAK WITH GREEN SALAD
DAY FOUR
B/FAST BLACK COFFEE WITH ONE DRY BREAD ROLL
LUNCH PIECE OF CHICKEN AND FRESH FRUIT (ONE)
SUPPER FRESH VEGETABLES WITH GLASS OF MILK
DAY FIVE
B/FAST BLACK TEA WITH LEMON
LUNCH GREEN SALAD WITH ONE FRESH FRUIT
SUPPER APPLE AND NATURAL YOGHURT
DAY SIX
B/FAST BLACK COFFEE & ONE DRY BREAD ROLL
LUNCH PIECE OF GRILLED STEAK & FRESH FRUIT
SUPPER ONE FRESH FRUIT WITH GLASS OF MILK
DAY SEVEN
B/FAST TEA WITH LEMON
LUNCH ONE FRESH FRUIT WITH GLASS OF MILK
SUPPER FRESH VEGETABLES WITH ONE FRESH FRUIT

START WITH THE DIET FROM DAY ONE FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS AFTER THE THIRD WEEK IS COMPLETED YOU CAN EAT NORMALLY

STRICTLY NO ALCOHOL
