You may call them poor (materially) and you could be right, but the legacy some of these leaders left to their respective countries is richer than anything accumulated materially by some of their richer counterparts. Their legacies will continue to grow years after years. If you know the true definition of wealth, then you'd understand that it is measured in time. How long the impact of your investment would last goes hand in hand with how wealthy you are.
