$523 million Dar port deal takes a new twist

Hii deal imekaa kifisadi fisadi kuna haja ya kuangaliwa kwa kina. Na hao Machina yanaweza kuamua kufungua kesi kupinga usitishwaji wa huo mkataba kama hili likitokea yatakuwa yale yale kama ya Richmond/Dowans ya kutakiwa kuwalipa machina fidia kubwa sana ya $$$ in millions.

Dar es Salaam. When state-owned Chinese companies became aware that Tanzania needed to expand its overwhelmed Dar es Salaam Port, they responded positively, to the effect that China would offer the funds, but under one condition: a Beijing firm should be awarded the multimillion-dollar tender.
