A reason to boycott Brookside dairy products

A reason to boycott Brookside dairy products

Wow Geezer, I am with you on this. The Kenyatta INC should be boycotted.

Good Afternoon Mekatilili,

Always remember that We Are All Created In The Image of GOD.

What is meant when it says man is made in the image of God?

The term "image of God" occurs three times in the Bible. In Genesis 1:26-27 and 9:6, we find out that man is created in the image of God. In 2 Cor. 4:4 we see the phrase used in reference to Jesus who is the "image of God." There is no exact understanding of what the phrase means, but we can generalize. It would seem that the first two verses refer to God's character and attributes that are reflected in people. The term cannot be a reference to a physical appearance of God since Jesus says in John 4:24 that God is Spirit, and in Luke 24:39 Spirit does not have flesh and bones. Therefore, we can conclude that the image of God deals with humanity's reflection of God in such things as compassion, rationality, love, hatred, fellowship, etc. God exhibits all of these characteristics, as do people.

By saying we boycott Brookside/Keroche products, we are forgetting the people employed in the company's who are from different tribes but one before GOD'S eyes.

By saying we boycott Brookside Dairy products, we are forgetting all the farmers who depend on brookside to buy the milk off-them.

Before we address any tribe as kikuyu, Luo, Masai>>> lets note they are all created in GOD'S Image.

Before we post, please let as remember GOD is watching us.

My request to Kenyans is to Vote Wisely and Peacefully.

Lets put the country first in Prayers.

Lets stop the hate speech.

Let us all turn back to GOD.

Blessed Election all.

When will Amollo concede this election will it be after Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta has been declared the presidential winner by IEBC or after he has been sworn in as fourth president of Kenya or after ICC has cleared him of all the frivolous charges?

That is the biggest question Raila and surrogates ought to answer me right now...................on Brookside Milk i keep on drinking because i love the taste and it is very nutritious.........

last time I checked I saw geza ulole had some spine. for the hypocrate Dhuks and our long-term comrade but slippery Mekatilili you cannot pluck them from their nyama-bite affair and seems to becoming sweeter and sweetr every time. And this is what I was saying to the mods. Let this be and remain a political forum. As far I see, let us discuss politics that we have news in the media and post the sources. Let us not discuss about personalities and their business empires out of ignorance and rumors. If you you feel you cannot help it to gossip keep it kenyan news

P.S. READ Kenyan politics what we have in the dailies

I have had a peak at the video and I do not see anywhere S. K. is featured Keep it Keroche if the clip features keroche

At Dhuks do not try to make this a personality grape-vine or gossip-site. If it is the daily politics we see in the media, it is recommended to debate Stick to kenyan politics. Keep any first family issues out of this forum if you do not have any post to back up the source, well you can post it if you have facts but also do not make it a gay affair! Let it not be as if we worship anybody whether they got wealth or not!

P.S. for the last time let the forum remain relevant with kenyan politics! let those outside kenyan politics take their battles elsewhere!!

We want to minimize any 'casualties' !!

I am very sure the thread starter has no history of S. K. macharia or Keroche or even Brookside history.

So having said that I disgress from the original picture painted by our worthy friend Geza Ulole.

Today a great friend of mine who is a lecturer at the jomo kenyatta university for agricultural technology told me despite its location, kikuyu employees do not form even a third of the campus overall staff. He told me surprisingly that it is a great contrast from Maseno university where 75% of staff, subordinate included are luo, and the remaining 25% remaining is shared among the remaining western tribes where luhya form a large percentage of the remaining 25%.

The ideas here is that there is one tribe that is severely tribal. but the other tribe that endemically tribal will use the other severely tribal tribe to cover their ethnicity! The problem is that people do forum as though others do not have any information regarding this.

P. S. know that those we are talking to are well aware of the situation in Kenya. There is no need of any intelligentsia from any part of East Africa to deceive people on issues of ethnicity. For, Instance Geza, issues of ethnicity in Kenya are older than you. So rather than peddling the hate agenda we would rather that we be the solution. We should continue sparring on the issues of politics and politicians.

Lastly I plead. leave personality gossip or rumors out of politics, entrepreneurs should also be debated out of the political space

Thanks!!

OK start a thread smart fella on S. K. macharia. You may have personal vendetta against the kenyatta family or any other Kikuyu for that matter, but try to make the political forum relevant by not injecting names of those outside the political space or arena. Keep names of entrepreneurs out of this political space.

Try to differentiate between entrepreneurs and politicians.

PS refer to Rutashubanyumas posts to get the feel of the script-writing techniques there-in so that we minimize any potential acrimony and casualties.

But do u think a university recruits non intellectuals to lecture? Have u asked urself how many of Kikuyus r Drs and Profs compared to Luos and Luhyas? Can that friend of urs tell us of the same observance at KPA? or KRA or other GOK agencies?

Unless you have other issues i would like you to point out in bold from my comments so far

You are just pathetic and that reminds me of a period in 2007 when the exact same kind of arguments arose, well if someone feels justified to boycott any product they can go ahead and do it i am yet to see shopkeepers dishing them out with a whip.

Be the judge
^^
He is not alone, he has support.

I believe i pointed out the misinformation on sk macharia on the right thread, you can continue to mislead those who half-read news. Keroche breweries is being fought by kikuyus apparently but if you look at what the complaint is about you will realise it has nothing to do with politics. To validate your misinformation you have to bring some innuendos so that the lily livered can fall by the wayside.
Kweli nyani haoni kundule, when the op talks bs and you declare your support why do you want it to be interpreted differently?

Milk prices to rise as shortage bites

By Geoffrey Mosoku

NAIROBI, KENYA: The price of milk is expected to go up once more after the government said there is a looming shortage due to reduced production.

The Ministry of Livestock PS Jacob Ole Miaron said milk processors had reported reduced supply of the commodity as the country enters the dry season.

He said that the country is expected to record a milk deficit of about 30 per cent from between February and April, when long rains are likely to commence.
The PS said the situation was further complicated by very low national stocks of long life milk products such as milk powder and UHT milk which normally fills the gap.

"The milk processing plants are receiving less milk than the market requirements which has now pushed up consumer prices by almost 30 per cent," he said.

The worst hit area according to the ministry is the Rift Valley region. Miaron told reporters in his office that the ministry was concerned by the low production but can only appeal to processors to consider reviewing the retail prices.

"Currently, the milk prices are not sustainable in the long run and the processors are advise to review current high prices," he added.

Currently milk is retailing between 52 to 55 shillings per half a litre in major supermarkets but this price could even rise after the government admitted it has no power to control the cost.

The Kenya Dairy Board, which regulates the dairy industry, said the government cannot control prices, saying the industry is liberalised.

"It's a free market where the forces of supply and demand determine the price," KDB managing director Machira Gichohi said.

PS Miaron was speaking after inaugurating a task force established by his ministry to advise on ways of ensuring stability in the dairy industry during both the dry and rain seasons, to address both shortages and surplus during the two seasons.

The Task Force is made up of players from the sector who include famers associations, processors, and other livestock players and will be chaired and coordinated by the KDB. It will make its report to the PS within a month.

In your mind, it is evident that there exists GEMA and others. The lies you propagate on this forum are many! All in the name of proving Tribal superiority. Do you care to share that business registry that has the "GEMA" and "OTHER" columns.

Sadly, we are getting used to people like you; you lack the sophistication to mask your tribalism like Dhuks. Spew on!

We can draw your online profile unfortunately and you are worse, its only RAO who is messiah the others can be conveniently be ridiculed, vilified and rejected. The good thing is that we understand how skewed your understanding of the word tribalism is.

Ok now it is crunch time! :-*:bounce:I see! the new constitution and recommendations according to the jurisdiction of the IEBC state that diaspora elections will start in 2017 or somewhere there. And in-fact if i had the power I could bar diaspora people from voting lol.:high5::high5: You were since born and live in a foreign country everything taken care of, you can afford a lucrative education you can pay mortgages without hassles ..etc and America that have developed in many spheres, name them education, transportation, infrastructure yet you think your thought or views will resonate with those of many other Kenyans many of whom are struggling to make a living, some that demand peace at all costs. :-*

I guess this is the point I should thank my lucky stars! The constitution was promulgated and if you have any qualms with its provisions feel free to share your ideas with Kenyans and change it. Let us see how many people share your desire to limit the rights of your fellow citizens!

3.14.
(1) A person is a citizen by birth if on the day of the person'sbirth, whether or not the person is born in Kenya, either the mother orfather of the person is a citizen.

The egalitarian view you have of the United States is a testament of your naivety. The main difference is we pay taxes and expect the government to deliver! The snaking highways and gleaming skyscrapers might blind you but the United States is an unequal country. Anyone that has been to the inner streets of Chicago, the states of Mississippi, Michigan and virtually every backstreet hidden by our skylines has seen the impact of the USA CORPORATION will attest to this. We work hard to get what we want and that is the opportunity that should be afforded to every single Kenyan in the mother country.

You are irked by those in the diaspora but remember our contribution to Kenya is far reaching! We contribute $3 billion to the economy through remittances alone and our investments in different sectors of the economy should not be understated. The Kenyan government is well aware of this, the numerous investment conferences and meetings with the government's top officials is the best indicator. Many Kenyans or Tanzanians in the diaspora who take care of the families back home will tell you that there exists a bond between them and the mother countries and you cannot wish this away.

Lastly, let me break the news to you. I will vote in the upcoming elections!

Personally you admire odinga for presidency because he is a luo. Same case with luos and Obama in America, they like him because he is their own! never minding about foreign policy, he is yet to come to Kenya, and that is the hypocracy with US presidents, last time I saw Mrs Clinton here she was treading all over statehouse to KICC like the colossus of Rhodes campaigning for particular candidates. The other Obama's deputy was here at the KICC but all he was saying were that kenya should conform to the ICC. Carson was the other day issuing innuendos about unspecified consequences for the kenyan voter.

This type of branding makes me think less of you. If I was to vote on the basis of tribe I would be chanting the bearded one's name. The rest of what you wrote on this issue should be rubbished.

Kabaridi, I still believe you have a good head on your shoulders, engage me. Do you believe a president Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy William Ruto will cooperate with the ICC? Is Kenya not a signatory to the Rome Statute? Should Kenya be used as a shield by ICC indictees?

Kenyans have a right to elect their president but the USA, EU and the community of nations have a right to choose who they will work with. Uhuru and Ruto know the gravity of their cases and intend to use Kenya as a shield and the reaction from the community of nation is warranted.

They are many that have scoffed at the community of nations and insisted that the West cannot exist without Kenya and I will have you know that was the prevailing sentiment in oil rich Iran and mineral rich Zimbabwe! After all, there is Tanzania to the South that is willing and ready to take up the mantle.

Have you read the vision 2030, if you would have read it then you would understand That the vision there does not mention kikuyus or luos, it prescribes quality life for all. good promotive health, reforms in education, all these do not seem like tribal innuendos to me:-* :-*

Vision 2030, what have you done to ensure that this becomes a success? This is a blue print that I stand by, have put my money into and have defended on this forums in the face of the attacks from the usual suspects. It is true the vision is for all Kenyans and that is what I have been stating all along. The vision will not materialize if we allow those that have fleeced this country to use their wealth to set up Kenyans against each other and claim universal support on the basis of tribe.

The son of Jomo Kenyatta with over half a million acres of land in his family's name intends to protect the status quo, use the office of the presidency to shield himself from the ICC and has deployed his foot soldiers to frustrate anyone that is standing in his way ask SK Macharia and the Keroches.

In your mind, it is evident that there exists GEMA and others. The lies you propagate on this forum are many! All in the name of proving Tribal superiority. Do you care to share that business registry that has the "GEMA" and "OTHER" columns.

It z evident that the one who started the topic ws an anti Gema n sees them frm a negative view thus wishing 4 their downfall thinkin that this will make their sanamu president the bitter truth y Gema vote 4 their own z dat they wld lyk to protect their businesses frm such pipo who ata kulipa rent ni shida as if wen u were building ulipewa material bure...am nt tribalist bt cant luk wen u taint ma pipo negatively
