Chief of Defense Forces General Charles Kahariri will preside over the cadet passout at Kenya Millitary Academy in Lanet Nakuru.
This is how it was in the 1960s, until African leaders became deranged and began presiding over anything security pass-out parade including G4S's .

I remember watching videos of cabinet ministers Dr Njoroge Mungai and Argwings-Kodhek stepping in for Mzee Jomo Kenyatta during the military pass-out parades in 1966 and 1968, while Attorney General Njonjo often presided over pass-out parades of police officers at Kiganjo.

Despite the monarch being the Commander in Chief of British armed forces, they rarely preside over the pass-out parades of cadets at Royal Military Academy.

Most of the time it is senior British military officers, invited foreign military officers, or foreign heads of state reviewing the pass-out parades.

Among those who presided over the pass-out parade of military cadets at Sandhurst at some point were; US Army General Petraeus, Pakistan military chief Asim Munir, Emperor Haile Selassie, the Sultan of Brunei, the Sultan of Oman, etc.
