Driving and transportation of things just got easier. By 2025 itakuwa complete. Na kuna other one from Thika to Nyeri na Nairobi to Nakuru.

SGR iko, but what about people who want to drive to the coast? why spend 10 hour when you can speed in 5 hour bila shida za traffic jams na slow moving vehicles

Expressway hata hiyo 120 kph will be the lowest speed one is supposed to drive at. Yaani ni ku cruise tu hadi mombasani. [emoji91]

SGR main purpose ilikua ni uchukuzi wa bidhaa bandarini to and fro. Uchukuzi wa binadamu is just a BTW.

How is it fossil if you yourself admits it's reduced travel time by 4hrs?

There is so much traffic on the road especially from Total junction at Mau Summit all the way to Nairobi. This road will be a welcome addition to our infrastructure. I was in Kisii county the other day and all roads are being upgraded to Bitumen standard including all the rural roads in Bomet, Kisumu, Kericho, Nyamira and Bungoma counties. The road network in Kenya will be unrivaled by 2020
