Eat clean.
Hit the gym.
Avoid alcohol.
Spend time alone.
Avoid toxic people.
Journal your thoughts.
Meditate every morning.
Reduce your screen time.
Get out in nature each day.
Spend time with loved ones.
Do what makes you feel happy.
 
I love the relaxing part of the day the most. But to be serious, with such a routine, no one could stop you. Such a post doesn't even need to get likes from socialzinger.com. But, actually, it's a nice resource. Have you used it?
