Most of us hear about abusive relationships and we think of physical violence or verbal attacks, but there is so much more to unhealthy relationships.
The psychological and emotional effects of abusive relationships are far more damaging.

You might have come across someone in an abusive relationship and asked yourself why they stay, why they don't leave.
The answer is its not easy; at some point you don't even think that much of yourself to get out, you feel like the moment you leave your life crumbles. But its possible. just find yourself and that sane part inside you.
