Watajuaje kama hiyo brain ya mtu inafanya kazi sawa sawa? Ndo kipimo hicho inabidi kitumike mkuu, vinginevyo tusiwe na mitihani wala interview, sasa sijui utachaguaje mtu mwenye potential ya kukufanyia kazi vizuri.

GPA stands for Grade Point Average.This is how they calculate it:
Σ(number of units per course X grade points obtained) for all courses taken
Total number of academic units taken
Kila grade inapewa points:Mfano:A=5points,E=0 points(kwa mfumo wa Tanzania).Every course is allocated academic units based on lecture hours,Labs and exercises per week.
You are right.It is the brain that works.GPA ni kipimo tu tulichonacho cha kupima huo uwezo wa ubongo.It might not be realistic; neither does it deserve a crap label.Propose an alternative instead of making crapy comments.
