Its true that the problem is technical.Can somebody articulate why it seems there is some kind of a pattern or a logical explanation of why some of the most grisly accidents have happened in or near Kibaha for many many years now? Is there any scientific reason for these occurrences that our rulers have overlooked?
Kwa sababu siamini kama ni wingi wa magari au ufinyu wa barabara tu unaweza kuelezea ajali hizi. Kuna kitu kinasababisha na nina uhakika siyo cha kishirikiana lazima kuna sababu ya kisayansi ya matukio haya.
Tembeleeni tovuti ya "Bobo" ina picha za ajali mbalimbali za vyombo vya usafiri hasa Bongo.. na mnaweza kupata picha ya jinsi gani kuna mahali kuna tatizo ambalo linaweza kuelezeka kisayansi na kutatulika kwa kiasi kikubwa kisayansi.
kwa sisi wa kiroho zaidi tunajua hayo ni malango ya kuzimu. Lazima maombi makubwa ya kuvunja ngome hizo yafanywe maeneo hayo. Maeneo ya kikavu ilikuwa hivyo hivyo lakini baada ya walokole kufanya maombi na kuandika zaburi mbali kule kwenye mawe mtoni pale kikavu mashetani yakakimbia na malango yale yakafungwa.

SERIKALI ipo katika mazungumzo na wahisani ili kuweza kupanua barabara ya Morogoro kuanzia Dar es Salaam hadi Chalinze, kwa kiwango cha njia mbili zitakazosaidia kurahisisha usafiri na kuondokana na ajali zisizo za lazima.

Alisema ajali nyingi zinazotokea katika eneo hilo hazitokani na wembamba wa barabara hiyo kama inavyofikiriwa, bali zinatokana na uzembe wa madereva ambapo wengi wao wameonekana wakiendesha kwa kukiuka kanuni za usalama barabarani ikiwemo kwenda mwendo kasi kupita kiasi, kulewa na madereva wengine hupitiwa na usingizi wakiwa waneendesha magari.

Kaka look into SA, they have very good compared to ours, the number of accidents is much more than ours, there so many example, look on our Mandela Road, we experienced very fatal accidents previously, etc. The road or the vehicle doesn't cause accident. It is the person who make the use of that vehicle that causes accident. Studies shows that more than 90% of accident are caused by driving behaviors and not by defect equipments or road being used. They may have their influence as it happened for Toyota but very little (lets address 90% faster, we can make a progress) Brothers, if you a driver think of how many times did drive unsafely (cross-cutting, harsh braking, u-turns, overspeeding above speed limit, using service road for driving, not respecting pedestrians, driving under influence of alchol or drugs (even if medical drugs), driving while fatigued, etc) All these are main causative of accident.!!Nchi za wenzetu,magari yanakaguliwa na gereji zilizoidhinishwa na serikali .
Kama UK wana M.O.T sio kama bongo,kila mwenye gari ana gereji yake,so hakuna independent mechanic scrutinity ya gari.Pia madereva wetu wengu wanatumia ulezi kiasi fulani.
Zaidi ni barabara.Ajali ya kimamba tungekuwa na barabara pana zenye dual carrige hakuna kupishana ,mambo haya yangewisha.Angalia barabara ya Dar -Dodoma ilivyo finyu!!!!

Kwanza nianzie kuwa sijui kama nimekuelewa au wewe umenielewa. Ninaposema Lane ya barabara ni kuwa kipande kimoja cha barabara ambacho magari yanapita kwenda upande mmoja. Sasa upana wa 3.75m wa lane, huo uko kwenye high way pekee na Express Roads. Hizi nyingine zinakuwa chini ya hapo. Hii ni barabara maeneo ya Mikumi. Kama sikosei itakuwa na upana wa 3.5m kwa lane moja na upana wa barabara nzima ni 7.0m.
Ukiangalia hii kwa eneo hili inatosha sana. Kujenga double road hapa inakuwa kuongeza gharama za bure maana magari ni machache sana. Ila tu, hiyo inakwenda na kupunga speed kwa magari. Nafikiri kwa barabara kama hii inatakuwa kuwa 90km/hrs (maximum). Ila sitashangaa kusikia watu wanakwenda 150km/hrs speed ambayo nchi nyingi duniani hata kwenye highyway huruhusiwe. Ni Wajerumani pekee kama sikosei kwenye baadhi ya highway zao, unaweza kwenda speed ambayo ni akina Veyron, Ferrari, Porsche et el wanaruhusiwa kutumia lane ya ndani maana huko hakuna limit ya speed. Kuongeza upana wa Lane kunaongeza tu comfort ya kuendesha, ila hakusaidii sana kuongeza usalama. Lile eneo inatakiwa WALAZIMISHE madereva wafuate sheria. Kila njia itumie kuwalazimisha madereva. Hili la eti madereva wetu wazembe, si kweli. Binadamu ni kama Wanyama. Ukimpa mita moja, atachukua km1. Sasa dawa ni kumpa nini ili achukue 1m?
