i) Kenyan hotel chain "Heritage hotels" has better hotels than that one across east africa.
ii) In Kenya, majority of foreign hotels do not own the building they simply put their name on it. Those buildings are majorly owned by Kenyans.
iii) show me a tanzanian hotel group that has managed to expand the way Kenyan hotel chains have expanded in east africa.
