My list? do I look like WB/IMF to you? investors dont need a "list" to know where to invest. An oil company cannot go to south africa to drill a rig there because SA is high up the list of ease of doing business. Investors dont think like that, they know how to get information of local business prospects, and they never ever run to WB for advice on such things as business climate.
